SUMMARY:
Manage the daily activities of the Revenue Accountability Group. Position is responsible for consolidating the results of the daily audit of electronic and remittance reports at month-end for the timely issuance of reports to upper level of authority, Office of People and Labor Relations, Stations Department, Fare Media Department, and MetroCard Customer Claims. In addition, this position is assigned to lead the reconciliation of OMNY PayGo and the audit of OMNY (One Metro New York) Cash Sales of the MetroCard Mobile Sales (MCMS). Furthermore, the position will be heavily involved in the transition to OMNY (One Metro New York) new fare payment system during the decommissioning of MetroCard payment system. Other responsibilities will include management of the recording and reconciliation of diesel and compressed natural gas on the financial statements.
