You will be considered an expert in the industries value chain and will help develop RM capabilities across the organization. You will drive sustainable value growth by focusing on the tracking and development of pricing, strategies, industry rules/guidelines, and price promotions. Your ability to combine a strategic business approach while managing multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working with senior stakeholders across the organization. You also play a key role in bringing RM strategy in the annual planning process, and the longer-term financial goals of FIFCO USA.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $109,000 -$163,000, not including benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at FIFCO USA, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
