William Vaughan Company is helping in the search for an Accounting Manager for an Equipment Dealer based in Toledo, OH. As the Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial wellness and integrity of the organization. This person needs to be a dynamic team player that is able to oversee all accounting functions, supervise the accounting team, prepare reports for company leads and develop standards and processes for proper financial management. This person must have Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.

Requirements:

• Experience managing good received without corresponding invoices.
• Oversee all Accounts Payable Payments to vendors.
• Review and expense check reimbursement.
• Oversee and understand Credit Card Reconciliation.
• Experience with Full-Cycle accounting.
• Support and Oversee all Intercompany Transactions.
• Work within deadlines/keep accounting current.
• Strong experience with end-of-month closings - specific to balancing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables.
