The Collier Companies is seeking a Revenue & Data Analyst to join our team!
This role will report out of The Collier Companies Florida Home Office in Gainesville, which offers beautiful natural areas, a temperate climate, and tremendous educational, cultural, and commercial opportunities. The successful Revenue & Data Analyst candidate will compile, analyze, and develop reporting on business data to provide actionable insight into business performance and opportunities for operational improvements. As a Revenue & Data Analyst, you will collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data, use graphs, infographics, and KPIs to visualize data and work to create meaningful reports.
The Revenue & Data Analyst works directly with business stakeholders to create data-based solutions that analyze performance and maintain operations. The preferred candidate is someone who seeks challenges and personal growth, enjoys solving problems, and can quickly teach themselves new concepts.

Qualifications
Your Skills – Show Us What You Got:
- Design data models and reports in Power BI
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
- Partners with business stakeholders by understanding business needs to translate requests, clarify requirements, and communicate progress for recommended solutions.
- Prep data for reports and analysis
- Support automated report distributions.
- Promote reports from development to production
- Assist in customizing analytic solutions to specific client needs
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
- Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data.
Qualifications:
- Strong quantitative background and excel skills as well as understanding of financial analysis concepts (DCF, IRR, financial statements etc.)
- Ability to understand and eventually model JV equity waterfall cashflows based on written terms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with company executives.
- Strong work ethic, problem solving, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
