Billing Advantage , established in 2004, is currently servicing practices in 23 states and counting! We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst (receivables) to join our dynamic team. Over the last several years we have experienced tremendous growth and want to share that success with like-minded professionals as we approach our 20 year anniversary.Responsibilities Include:
- Tasks related to the revenue cycle
- A/R analytics for multi-specialty practices
- Exceptional communication to clients regarding A/R
- Organizing a daily schedule to prioritize payer calls effectively
- Resolve partial payments, denials, and secondary claims in a timely manner
- Submit appeals to ensure proper payment on outstanding claims
- Clearly, concisely, and timely note claims within client software
- Manage and work rejections and resubmit claims as needed
- Identify issues and trends to communicate to team leads and management
- Ensures compliance with federal, government, company, and client policies
Our ideal analyst is a critical thinker who can prioritize a high-volume workload in a team-focused environment while motivating themselves to excel independently. They will understand the revenue cycle and possess the analytical skills necessary to our meet our exceptional client service standards.Salary is commensurate with experience, and we are willing to train the right candidate.
