We are a well-established, fast-growing multi-location Dental Group looking for a qualified Revenue Cycle/Billing Department Manager to join our growing team. Our dental locations are spread throughout Las Vegas area and we provide multi-specialty services to our patients including General Dentistry, Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, Endodontics and Periodontics. Our ideal candidate would have multiyear experience in a managing and overseeing dental billing department for a multi-location dental group.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to day performance and operations of the revenue cycle department to achieve department Key Performance Indicators.
• Hiring, training and supervising billing staff.
• Understands current state workflows/system set-up and make necessary changes to create best-in-class operational processes and workflows
• Analysis of billing reports and dashboards to create actionable steps for team members performance.
• Influences Key RCM Performance Indicators by creating operational efficiencies with workflow and system set-up
• Overseeing and handling escalated accounts, concerns, and requests.
• Making recommendations for write-offs of aged or disputed balances where appropriate.
• Manage billing, patient statements, and collections daily. Hands on knowledge and experience of eligibility/benefits verification, posting functions, credit balance resolution, daily cash deposit/posting reconciliation, claim submission, rejection submission, denials review and appeals, follow-up of aged receivables.
• Coordinating with internal teams, payers, and providers to generate high reimbursement rates and a low level of denials.
• Providing daily and weekly reports to management.
• Collaborating and communicating with Dental Office Managers regarding billing issues to ensure a streamlined and efficient workflow within the RCM teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of Dental Billing and Dental Revenue Cycle Processes
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Dental Billing Supervisory Role
• Ability to Build and nurture Effective Teams
• Driven for Results—Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully; very bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
• Able to identify and analyze issues and problems, recommend, and implement solutions to improve workflows.
• Well-organized, detail oriented, diligent work ethic
• Experience in training/coaching teams
• Thorough understanding of policies and procedures used in Accounts Receivable and Dental billing
