A renowned community hospital is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Revenue Cycle Manager to join their team.

The Hospital Revenue Cycle Manager will report to the Director of Finance and will attend weekly meetings to discuss the objectives and goals of the department. The Revenue Cycle Manager will provide leadership to department staff and be a liaison for Clinical Directors and Physicians. This person will coordinate the professional billing and collections of the hospital and ambulatory clinics while encompassing all aspects of the patient-centered process from registration to collections. The Manager will have the opportunity to compile monthly KPI reports to present to the Management team, as well as ensure regulatory compliance is being met.
