- Department/Unit: Registration Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $45,308.00 - $72,492.00 The Training Coordinator is responsible for training a diverse population in system applications with healthcare focus specific to Patient Access functions; data quality monitoring review and follow up remediation; development and updating of training material. Education: Bachelor's degree Licensure, Certification & Registration: CHAA (or acquired within 2 years of hire) Experience: 3 – 5 years hospital, physician billing or registration Training experience of the adult learner in healthcare setting or similar field Strong computer skill including EXCEL, WORD and ACCESS Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Proven customer service skill with ability to exceed expectations Ability to multi-task in stressful and high patient volume unit; must be able to manage pressure of very tight timeframes to execute task Ability to build confidence, raise skill level and promote a productive training and learning environment Experience with monitoring data quality, analyzing and trending Excellent time management and organizational skill Ability to review information and draw appropriate conclusion Good judgement and ability to be resourceful to problem solve; escalate issues as needed Team minded worth ethic.
