Reporting Structure: Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Cycle, the Revenue Cycle Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration across all service line leaders. They will provide strategic oversight and direction to the Front-End revenue cycle teams, including Financial Clearance, Inpatient and Outpatient Pre-Registration, Prior Authorization, and the Financial Counseling teams

Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Cycle Manager:

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue collection and minimize revenue leakage
• Supervise and lead a team of revenue cycle staff, including billing specialists, coders, and financial analysts
• Stay up to date with healthcare billing and coding regulations, ensuring the hospital's practices comply with state and federal laws.
• Monitor the status of insurance claims and work on resolving denied or underpaid claims.
• Continuously assess and streamline revenue cycle processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
