RFP Analyst develops proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients. Collaborates and coordinates with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities. Being an RFP Analyst prepares and maintains a repository of templates, standard language, and product collateral or exhibits. May prepare custom response content for complex or unique inquiries. Additionally, RFP Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The RFP Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Responsibilities of the Benefits Analyst

    • Analyze, evaluate, and monitor benefit plan eligibility, limitations, and restrictions to ensure compliance with plan provisions and regulatory requirements
    • Research current benefit trends and regulatory requirements, and recommend enhancements that will deliver competitive benefits at the best value
    • Coordinate the design and distribution of employee communications materials
    • Coordinate annual open enrollment process
    • Assist employees with enrollment and benefits-related inquiries
    • Provide data for compliance activities, reports, employee mailings, etc.
    • Assist in preparing and filing documents for state and federal regulatory requirements
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to help the team automate, simplify, and streamline all processes
    • Perform additional tasks and projects as required

    Qualifications of the Benefits Analyst

    • Previous related experience
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    The Benefits Analyst works Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay depends on experience. We look forward to hearing from you!
