Responsibilities:- Work alongside a close-knit team of marketing and graphic design professionals, collectively crafting engaging proposals and presentations
- Acquire vital knowledge and skills that will fuel your professional growth within the firm
- Produce creative and informative proposals (Adobe InDesign) and presentations (Microsoft PPT) that sell the firm’s professional services in locations across the mid-Atlantic and Southeastern region
- Update, maintain and produce marketing material including resumes, project descriptions, statements of qualifications and other promotional materials, etc.
- Provide updates to our marketing database (Deltek Vision)
- Search for and circulate RFQs and RFPs for opportunities with public sector clients
- Participate in regular marketing meetings with technical staff to track and strategize for ongoing and upcoming pursuits
Requirements:- 2 years of experience with professional services marketing in the A/E/C industry developing standard government format and custom “free-form” proposals and presentations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word and PowerPoint) as well as Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) is an absolute must
- Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Demonstrated proficiency editing technical writing, reviewing and proofreading materials for content and grammar, and style
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills
- Ability to consistently deliver quality deliverables in reasonable time
- Ability to communicate effectively, including seeking clarification when needed, and providing status updates on assigned tasks
