Requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong data management and analysis skills
- Proficient with Excel functions (building pivot tables, handling large data sets, etc.)
- Demonstrated strength in communications with internal and external stakeholders with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work independently with limited direction while managing multiple projects/customers/priorities simultaneously
- Strong presentation skills
- Must be results-oriented while paying close attention to detail
Desired Skills:
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools
- Experience with advanced Excel functions (e.g. developing macros)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
- 0 – 2 years of work experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison between customers and suppliers to produce business proposal and required documentation for integration into PA program
- Manage and execute various projects for members, including benchmarking, consolidation, categorization, savings analysis, and optimization
- Work with Procure Analytics’ suppliers on pricing analysis to ensure that customers are receiving accurate pricing and comfortable with negotiating an aggressive Total Cost Ownership (TCO) proposal
- Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers on project progress
- Analyze large data sets to identify spend that can be brought into the PA program
