[ Your Mission ]

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team. The Warehouse Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a high standard of quality control.

This role requires working 5 days a week from our Warehouse in Carlstadt, New Jersey.

[ Your Responsibilities ]

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of products and supplies.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities are included.
• Organize and maintain inventory, keeping accurate records of stock levels.
• Perform regular quality checks on products to uphold our standards of excellence.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Assist in periodic inventory counts and audits.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.

• Attention to Detail: Precision in handling goods, ensuring correct quantities, and accurate labeling for shipments.
• Teamwork: Collaboration with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations and effective communication.
• Adherence to Safety Standards: Strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations for a safe working environment.
• Time Management: Efficiently managing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely order fulfillment.

[ Your Qualifications ]

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in grocery operations or food operations.
• Background in logistics and freight management.
• Based in New Jersey, available to work 5 days in the warehouse.

The hourly rate for this full-time position ranges from $18 to $20. Our salary ranges are determined by a range of factors including role, level, and location.
