We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information about the organization, products, and services to visitors and callers
- Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, proofreading, and data entry
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room reservations and catering arrangements
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer support or clerical role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain schedules and calendars
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
