We are a local family-owned 3PL warehouse looking to hire a well rounded Warehouse Associate. You will be responsible for moving product throughout the warehouse, pulling product to prepare for shipping, loading and unloading delivery trucks and documenting all inventory that you handle. You must be a responsible individual with experience in driving a forklift. It is important to note that while operating a forklift is a large portion of the position, you will also be expected to perform tasks manually.

Because we are family owned and operated we depend heavily on our employees to be at work when scheduled. Typically our work schedule is M-F 7:30am - 4pm. We have a strict attendance policy. If you can not work this schedule without issue - DO NOT APPLY. We also provide our own cleaning and maintenance services, this is part of the position. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. Even is that is taking out the trash or cleaning the breakroom. We all pitch in where needed.

Skills

• Be able to lift to 50lbs.
• Proven experience as forklift operator.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Valid certification to operate forklifts
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Move inventory and materials across the facility.
• Stack and organize large bulk items.
• Pull orders to prepare for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks manually and with a forklift.
• Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
• Note and request any damaged materials or replacements needed.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight.
