Researches, negotiates and elects to purchase short- and long-term lease of land agreements and right of way for construction that meet the organization's goals. Being a Right of Way Agent handles all land related legal issues, including transfers of titles and deeds, construction, mortgage concerns, and zoning. Prepares resolutions and other legal forms related to land acquisitions. Additionally, Right of Way Agent may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Right of Way Agent contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     The ideal candidate is an experienced Automotive Biller with at least 1-2 years of experience in an Automotive Dealership setting. ADP or Reynolds and Reynolds experience is preferred along with DMV knowledge and the ability to separate deals.

    The schedule is flexible, and some nights and weekends. We are looking to hire ASAP for this role. Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.

    We offer a competitive starting salary and there is room for rapid advancement for an individual who is bright, energetic, and career-minded. We look to hire only the best, so passing a drug test and a background check will be required.

    Responsibilities

    • Verifies the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale
    • Receives and processes all paperwork from the F&I department
    • Prepares tax and title documents
    • Ensures that all of the vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted
    • Assists in creating and processing leasing and loan paperwork
    • Provides additional administrative support as needed
    • Maintains an orderly accounting system
    • Maintains accounts payable/receivable
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Experienced Qualifications

    • One to two years of experience in an automotive dealership
    • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
    • ADP or Reynolds & Reynolds experience
    • DMV knowledge
    • Ability to separate deals
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
    • Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
    • Highly professional and dependable
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends

    We will TRAIN YOU! Earn while you LEARN! Paid training @ $17/hour for the first 90 Days. Thereafter you will earn $20/hour with the opportunity for pay raises as you gain experience.
