Performance of job duties outlined below, in a manner that enables us to follow through on our promises to the communities we serve, is more than an expectation—it is a standard here at Granite United Way.

Administered by Granite United Way, the mission of the NH Governor’s Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) initiative is to help businesses develop recovery-friendly workplace cultures that promote the health, safety, and wellness of employees who have been impacted by substance use disorder (SUD). This can include those who are in – or may not yet be in – recovery, as well as family members who have been impacted. Overall, Recovery Friendly Workplaces (RFWs) prioritize psychological safety and create environments where those who have been impacted by SUD can access support and are treated with parity.

RFAs may also find that they have a special area of interest that they wish to contribute to the initiative.
