We are currently searching for a part time Right of Way Agent to join our Mid-Atlantic Region in our Virginia Beach office.

What you need to have :

• Experience in the Real Estate industry
• Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license preferred
• Ability to obtain a Virginia Notary license
• Ability to read and interpret title commitments and right of way plats / plans
• Superior communication skills
• Ability to foster a strong working relationship with clients
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products
• Excellent analytical skills
