This position will be responsible for the monitoring of merchant activity via report analysis, gateway monitoring, and outbound calling to verify compliance of terms of the merchants processing agreement, holding questionable batches until an investigation can be completed, and communicating actions and outcomes to all stakeholders in a manner consistent with maintaining a good rapport with internal and external clients.
