What you will be doing

• Providing administrative support to the Enterprise Issues Management function
• Analysis of issue trends both from issue creators as well as closure activity
• Coordination of remediation efforts with relevant stakeholders across the organization
• Follow up, coordination and escalation with relevant stakeholders to ensure remediation is complete
• System support and administrative support to stakeholders
• Maintenance of procedures, training aides, and program manuals
• Shift timing for this role is 1:00 - 10:00 PM
