Enterprise Risk Management Coordinator

The Opportunity
The Enterprise Risk Management Coordinator is a member of the Risk Strategy team within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). This position will partner closely with numerous stakeholders of the Enterprise Risk Team to coordinate activities across different areas of governance and risk management administration.
The Team
The Risk Strategy team collaborates with ERM leadership and key stakeholders to provide the necessary context and analysis that ensures we are best positioned to manage emerging risks in our industry and evolve the ERM operating model. The Risk Strategy team will also be responsible for facilitating the effectiveness of the ERM function, working alongside the ERM leadership team to coordinate ERM activities, engagement with stakeholders across the enterprise, continuous improvement, development of risk strategies, roadmaps and change management for ERM to continue its transformation toward prioritized and automated access to risk data and analysis. Our goal is to ensure best-in-class risk management utilizing automated tools and techniques to identify, assess, manage, monitor and report on risks across the enterprise.

In this role, you will act as:
Data Governance Coordinator, partnering with Data Owners on the lifecycle of their data, from assessments to ongoing maintenance, controls, developing and executing an annual validation campaign, including the decommissioning of certain dataset and supplier relationships.
Records Management and Unit Information Coordinator, ensuring compliance with the Information Governance and Records Management Policy, including acting as a key resource on legal holds.
Business Continuity Support, owning the end-to-end support process of continuity planning.
Project Coordinator, assisting with committee artifacts, agenda, and other administration of large, reoccurring meetings. Support various training, division meetings and team building events hosted by ERM throughout the year. Help organize the enterprise risk document repositories and ensure key artifacts and documents are currently updated and consistent across the department and enterprise.
Issue Validation / Mitigation Follow-Up, developing and monitoring reporting to determine when open mitigations are coming due or past due.
KRI Assemblance, working with control functions to capture Key Risk indicators and all associated metadata.
Tag Audit Findings to Taxonomy, ensuring all new audit findings are associated to the appropriate enterprise risk taxonomy element, managing and maintain reporting.
The Minimum Qualifications
3 years of Enterprise Risk Management or related business experience in insurance, consulting, strategy, program/project management or financial services
2 years of experience creating presentations, scorecards, metrics, and dashboards
2 years Project Coordinator or Project Manager experience
Bachelor's Degree

Experience in risk consulting or strong desire to learn fundamentals of enterprise risk management
