The Quality Management Director will work under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, and in close collaboration with the CEO and COO. This position will provide leadership and oversight for the development, implementation and administration of the Quality Management Department, ensuring that the department and organization meets or exceeds its obligations in the areas of quality assurance and improvement, quality measurement, regulatory readiness, compliance, risk mitigation, infection prevention, clinical informatics, clinical education and medical staff peer review.
