Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate records of workers compensation, General Liability, Auto claims, medical records, and statuses of injured workers.
· Maintain current loss cost information. Receive and review TP loss runs for accuracy and closure.
· Assist Safety Department personnel with preparing documents, reports, compiling records, scheduling meetings, and organizing/maintaining loss related information.
· Verify accuracy of documentation sent from the field and TPA’s.
· Review costs associated with claims, analyze the severity of claims and decisions made in communicating with insurers related to loss costs and loss projection.
· Compile reports and presentations that outline costs and losses, identifying findings, recommended changes and sharing documents with requesting parties.
