As our Accounting Manager, you will oversee the accounting functions of Velocity Risk focusing on timely and accurate financial statements and reporting. You will collaborate with the other finance team members on the monthly, quarterly, and annual audit activities. You will be involved in all areas of accounting and finance including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes and will be encouraged to impart your knowledge and accounting expertise to the team through advising on best practices and findings. You will curate, analyze and supply financial data and insights to help accomplish firm-wide financial projects and initiatives to meet organizational objectives.
