Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, hospitality-focused, and experienced General Manager to oversee our bar operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the bar, maintaining high standards of product quality and hospitality, and leading a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar management, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including Profit and Loss management, inventory control, team leadership, and guest hospitality
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability, including community engagement and weekly marketing efforts and event programming
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor team members to deliver outstanding guest service
- Maintain staffing levels necessary to meet service, operational, and labor cost targets
- Monitor product quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Requirements
- Proven experience in bar management, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Salary
- $70K paid weekly, with annual salary review. Negotiable, DOE.
- 10% of Net Profits, paid quarterly
