A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DEPOSIT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I

As a Deposit Operations Specialist I, you are responsible for facilitating customer calls and redirecting calls as appropriate. You will process initial customer account inquiries for checking and savings accounts as well as other miscellaneous inquiries into the bank. You will review and forward messages from the Deposit Support Services night mailbox on a daily basis. It is important to listen to customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services and provide consumer Online Banking support including password resets and debit card assistance in this role. Duties also include reception function at Corporate Plaza as well as check back of account maintenance. You are always friendly and patient, always providing the exceptional customer service that we are known for. You get great satisfaction out of going above and beyond for customers and giving excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DEPOSIT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year prior customer service experience required. One year prior banking experience preferred.
• Must have data entry and keyboard experience with a working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing applications.
