Your efforts will ensure that our work is performed correctly and help us eliminate rework and ensure owner satisfaction.

    SUMMARY OF QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure that the company's quality control procedures are being followed
    • Develop and implement quality control tests and procedures that meet or exceed company and project requirements
    • Oversee our team of Quality Control staff and collaborate with other project team members
    • As an integral part of the team, there will be times when you must perform the duties of the QC Engineer as well

    QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

    • 10 years of related professional experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Geology
    • Experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers
    • Experience in the inspection and testing of various construction disciplines like concrete, soils, welding, or maintenance of traffic required
    • Legal registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geology License is preferred
    • Experience with steel erection projects a plus
    • Experience with Structural Concrete and Mass Concrete a plus
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    SAFETY

    This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work on project sites, including federal projects with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee. This position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, around high voltage, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
