Daily Scope:
The Construction Manager is responsible for all daily actions that occur in the field. They must have boots on the ground and be in their houses daily. They schedule and execute tasks from the release of the job until the completion of all orientation items. Roles include customer service and interactions, variance cost control, quality assurance, job durations, and Final Home Delivery.
