Develops and distributes educational materials including videos, guides, and posters. Being a Safety Representative tracks and documents accidents to understand causes and recommend changes to prevent future accidents. Performs inspections and audits of facilities, equipment and processes recommending corrections or additional precautions to ensure compliance to established regulations. Additionally, Safety Representative has a broad and current knowledge of all government and applicable industry safety regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Safety Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.     We seek a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing the best possible information to our customers as they navigate the critical and technical aspects of our products.  If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and have a keen eye for detail, this role is for you.     Responsibilities:

    • Engage proactively with customers across various channels, including phone calls, chats, SMS texts, emails, and social media to drive sales and address inquiries.
    • Collaborate closely with other departments to prioritize and expedite sales orders.
    • Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to maximize revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
    • Advocate and uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all.
    • Support fulfillment processes through coordination with common carriers.
    • Adapt to a dynamic work environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
    • Physical requirements may include bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying up to 80 lbs.
     

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • High school diploma or GED (18 required).
    • Ability to pass a drug test.
    • Typing proficiency at or above 60 words per minute.

    Preferred:

    • Prior experience in sales, particularly in e-commerce or related fields (2-3 Years).
    • Background in defense, military, law enforcement, tactical products, or firearms.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot, or Gorgias.
    • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
     

    Benefits:

    • Competitive base pay with the opportunity to earn 1% of eligible sales after 90 days of probation.
    • 14 days of paid time off annually.
