As an NES employee, you will be trained as an expert in work zone safety and setup, all flagging laws and procedures according to MDOT and MUTCD as well as how to ensure our client projects are on time.

We have daytime work for both Full-time and Part-time employees available statewide Monday-Friday. We also have a pay-differential and guaranteed 8 hours for those interested in working nights & weekends (even if you only work 2 hours)!

We have a mileage reimbursement program to ease the burden of rising fuel costs. We like to keep things easy with a simple tracking system that enables you to submit and have any reimbursements added directly to your paycheck weekly!

No experience necessary!

Requirements for Successful Candidates are as follows:

· Must be 18 years old or older

· Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and cell phone.

You will need your own reliable source of transportation to be considered for this position. Don’t have a car? We hire teams! If you know someone that has a vehicle and is looking for work, we can assign you to work together so you can both keep working!

· Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions. WE WORK OUTSIDE, YEAR-ROUND!
