Enjoy a dynamic Monday to Friday schedule from 6:30am to 3:00pm.

Patrols and maintains the public/employee parking lots. Conducts parking enforcement as needed.

1. Proactively monitor all parking lots to ensure adherence to Medical Center parking regulations. Offer valuable advice and support to patients, visitors, and guests. Take necessary action by ticketing unauthorized parked vehicles. Stay vigilant for safety hazards like gas leaks, fires, flat tires, and more. Provide essential vehicle assistance services including jump starts, tire maintenance, and relocation.
2. Expertly direct and manage traffic flow with precision.
3. Conducts directed patrols as assigned.
4. Thoroughly document all incidents within the parking lots, including motor vehicle collisions.
5. Set up and programming of traffic information message trailers.
6. Maintains proficiency in use of traffic enforcement software; utilizes software to issue tickets.
7. Responds to emergencies and code calls as required and per established procedures. Performs the patient care functions of CPR, to include the use of AEDs, especially in the parking lot areas. For medical incidents outside of the building, contacts the Lebanon Fire Department for ambulance response.
8. Assists with parking space and utilization surveys. Rearranges parking barricades to meet special needs and events.
9. Assists DHART with helicopter arrivals and departures using proper flight safety training.
10. Adapt to and perform any other necessary duties as assigned.

• High school graduate or GED/equivalent required.
