Sales Administration Director develops and directs the sales data analysis function to deliver reporting and tools to sales teams and management that ensure effective sales execution and the achievement of growth objectives. Deploys CRM and other systems to manage customer and activity data. Being a Sales Administration Director develops monitoring and methodologies to analyze sales metrics and to provide insights, support decisions, and highlight areas for process improvement. Directs research efforts to understand market conditions and competitors. Additionally, Sales Administration Director may enable training activities that will ensure sales teams understand and effectively utilize systems and reporting resources. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Sales Administration Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. The Director serves as the lead for academic, private and locum physician contracting for programs reporting to the Surgeon in Chief. The Director serves in an active role development for recruitment and retention of physicians in collaboration with the Surgeon in Chief, CMO, VPPP and CCAO. The Director manages surgical administrative support. Additional Information: Required Education: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; Or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Provides leadership for operations and strategic planning for clinical divisions who report to the Surgeon in Chief (SIC). This work involves continually monitoring the environment/market, assisting the section leadership and faculty in setting mission, vision, and goals, facilitating implementation of strategic and tactical plans, and monitoring progress. 2. Directs the provider business planning process for surgical services from development to submission. 3. Manages all funding sources for providers including clinical revenue, contracts, grants and philanthropy. 4. Collaborates with AC Directors to develop and implement clinical practice policies and initiatives. 5. Directs provider recruitment for surgical services. 6. Collects data, prepares reports, and complies statistics for divisional use. Provides and interprets monthly and annual data to the surgical divisions on RVU production, clinical revenue, volumes and other practice related components. 7. Manages locums and 1099 provider contracts from negotiation to fully executed. Provides ongoing monitoring to insure compliance. 8. Responsible for administrative support teams including surgery scheduling and general administrative support. 9. Other Duties as assigned.
