Sales Administration Director develops and directs the sales data analysis function to deliver reporting and tools to sales teams and management that ensure effective sales execution and the achievement of growth objectives. Deploys CRM and other systems to manage customer and activity data. Being a Sales Administration Director develops monitoring and methodologies to analyze sales metrics and to provide insights, support decisions, and highlight areas for process improvement. Directs research efforts to understand market conditions and competitors. Additionally, Sales Administration Director may enable training activities that will ensure sales teams understand and effectively utilize systems and reporting resources. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Sales Administration Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Job Summary: | Works directly with Head Coach Baseball. Responsibilities include but not limited to, daily correspondence with compliance, assisting in facility communication with arena management and other sports, team travel arrangements, as well as work with coaches on maintaining recruiting input in ARMS, and serve as liaison to all campus organizations. Position is responsible for the actions of some non-coaching and administrative positions. Assist head coach in any other duties required. Travel is required in performing this job: In and Out of state team travel and various athletic functions at throughout the year. Normal work schedule is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. However, circumstances will arise that make it necessary for employee to be able to work weekends and evenings during annual events, i.e.: recruiting weekends, game days, junior recruit days, clinics, etc. |

Position Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, sports management, or a related field. Five years of high school or college baseball coaching or administration and supervisory experience.
