Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.50 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Washington, DC

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and consumer preferences
• Help create and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content
• Track and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for marketing initiatives
• Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software
• Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
