Duties and Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in AO’s Sales Operations systems (CRM, E-commerce & ERP order processing systems)
• Identify opportunities to simplify complex processes within the sales order lifecycle
• Be the primary steward of sales data integrity and cleanliness
• Create and maintain process documentation and workflows for sales and customer service
• Gather process requirements and recommend solutions for continuous improvement
• Work closely with the Global Sales Enablement Manager to document, test and enhance sales processes
• Build rapport with end users to assist in sales and customer service system support
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

• College degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience with CRM, E-commerce, or related sales operations systems
• Able to speak both “business” and “technical” in order to liaise with customers (both internal and external end users) and translate their needs to the technical support team
• Technical acumen: a proven ability to understand system architectures and complex business process
• High sense of pride as a key stakeholder in the systems for which they support
• A hunger to learn new technical skills via continuing education, seminars, and conferences
• High self-initiative; able to identify problems or opportunities for improvement and not afraid to take initiative and see them through to fruition
