The Business Development Representative role is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to achieve more in a B2B sales career. This individual will be responsible for identifying prospects, partners, and relationships with growth leaders across sales and marketing. At first, the responsibility will be to set appointments for the CEO. As sales abilities progress, the role can turn into a full Account Executive role for the organization. For those willing to learn and give it 100% everyday, this is your chance to develop crucial skills and expand a lucrative sales career.
Detailed Responsibilities
· Prospect new leads with a mix of persona-based and account-based strategies
· Manage outbound automations across email, LinkedIn, and phone
· Report back on what is working, isn’t working, and how marketing can support sales efforts
· Set meetings for Identity Matrix leadership and then join those meetings to learn how to close high-ticket, 6-figure deals
