This role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating potential customers who would benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process, a curiosity satisfied by extensive research and investigation, finds satisfactions in starting new relationships, and teeing up a team of closers for the final technical negotiations. This candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential. The SDR needs to be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings and align them with the needs of our customers in a compelling way.
