    Position Summary

    We are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our world class, results driven team. This individual will focus on customer acquisition by identifying and qualifying prospects that would benefit from the miraDry product and collaborating with field sales team to close sales and onboard new customers. This position involves cold calling new potential customers or leads and providing prospects with the value of the miraDry product. The SDR will schedule additional presentations as needed and work with customers and the field sales team through the sales process and initial onboarding. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales, while maintaining consistent and accurate records in the company CRM platform.The position requires a self-starter who can perform multifaceted sales opportunity generation duties requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff in achieving individual and company goals.


    Responsibilities

    • Develop sales opportunities by making outbound calls daily, researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, and moving prospect through sales funnel
    • Conduct remote presentations daily
    • Qualify leads from strategic partners, digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
    • Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients utilizing the company CRM
    • Work with sales teams as needed to close sales, arrange product demonstrations, sales presentations, and support sales event attendance
    • Work closely with the capital sales team to plan and remain aligned on regional strategy
    • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
    • Building pipelines with team members to close sales
    • Assist in closing sales and working with customer and Customer Service team through initial onboarding process
    • Work with Sales and Marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
    • Attend tradeshows, sales meetings, and other industry events as required
    • Drive various projects as assigned and perform other special tasks as requested.


    Requirements

    • Comfortable making cold calls, new connections, and engaging with prospects every day
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
    • Experience in B2B sales
    • Experience in the Medical Device and/or Aesthetics industries
    • Persuasive, goal-oriented, self-motivated and self-directed
    • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
    • Eager to expand the company with new sales and customers
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • In-depth understanding of the miraDry product portfolio
    • Tenacity to handle rejection and persevere with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential customer
    • Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to onboarding
    • Ability to work independently and/or as an active team member
    • Bachelors degree or comparable previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales or related sales experience
    • Strong computer skills, (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
