We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Turkey team to help us grow. You will play a critical role in our sales team by generating new business opportunities, building our sales funnel, and spreading the word about Koala. If you have a passion for building meaningful relationships with potential customers, Koala is the right place for you. 

You will collaborate closely with our Marketing teams to drive growth and achieve sales targets. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Use a mixture of emailing, outbound calling, and marketing campaign follow-up to organize meetings between prospective customers and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate information about key contacts and sales activities in the CRM system. 
• Work closely with Marketing team to share information, provide feedback, and achieve overall sales targets.
• Generate sales opportunities for the rest of the sales team focusing on our target list of prospects.
• Building relationships to establish an engaged dialogue with our target clients.

Nitelikler

• Minimum 6 months of work history in a pipeline generation role as an SDR. 
• Demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment.
• Fluent in English, additional language skills are welcome.
• Understanding of B2B and B2C data sources and tools (e.g., Sales Force, Outreach, Sales Navigator etc).
• Goal-oriented, has ownership, and curiosity.
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
• A positive, proactive and can-do attitude.
