Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Sales Director oversees goal setting for departmental and group levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. We are looking to expand our team and add a year-round, full-time Trailer Builder and Prep Technician. The ideal candidate has great attention to detail, is well organized, can work unassisted and thrives in a fast-paced environment where each day brings a different task list. Job Description:
As a trailer builder and prep technician, your main role is to completely assemble the manufactured trailers that arrive from the lower 48, to include hanging axles, adding tires, hanging gates, etc. This role is critical to ensuring all trailers are ready for the road before they go on our showroom lot.
Additional duties are maintaining a well-organized, clean and professional appearance of the building lot, performing basic repairs to ensure trailers are ready to go to the showroom lot, and on occasion assist customers with trailer pick-ups.
All tools and equipment will be provided.
This position requires someone who has experience with forklifts, power tools and other machinery, as they will be used on a daily basis.
Compensation:
$17.00-19.00/hour DOE
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5:00pm
Some Saturdays
Requirements:
Forklift or heavy equipment experience
Light electrical knowledge to include trouble-shooting
Current Valid Driver’s License with clean 10-year driving record
18 years or older
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, kneel, bend, squat and stand without discomfort.
