This Chiller Strategy & Sales Support - Marketing Engineer role provides in-depth technical and strategic sales support for Trane’s industry-leading chiller portfolio, executes marketing communication that promotes sustainability, efficiency and reliability in large, applied HVAC systems, and advises how chillers can be used in the electrification/decarbonization of HVAC systems to improve energy efficiency levels. This is a hybrid position, based in La Crosse, Wisconsin and expected to be in the office 3 days/week. Additionally, strong oral and written communication skills are required to clearly communicate with customers and Trane personnel.

Annual Compensation Range is $51,000 to $105,000. Disclaimer: This salary range is based on US national averages. Actual pay could be a result of seniority/experience level, merit and geographic location where the actual work is performed.
