The Role

As a Sales Operations Associate, you are a key member of the front-line support for our world-class Global Sales Team. You partner with IT, Sales, Marketing, and other Operational groups to solve complex problems each day, ensuring our sales organization has what they need to be successful.  You can build relationships within the Sales organization and deliver consistent support to the field while ensuring our process, systems, and data remain simple and effective.

• Own the resolution of inbound requests from the Sales organization including reporting, data updates, system error resolution, permission requests, etc
• Manage the operational onboarding process for new Sales hires
• Point of contact for acceptance testing for CRM improvements and bug fixes
• Assist in the planning and execution of process, systems, and data projects

• 1-2 years total experience, with at least 1 year in an operational role
• CRM knowledge and experience
• Excel and data analysis skills
• A doer that gets excited about rolling up their sleeves and solving problems.  If you don’t know the answer, you’ll dig until you find it
• University degree (BA, BS)

• Base pay: $50,000 - $90,000  
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
