Summary:
Provide technical support and assistance to our internal and external users in resolving issues related to hardware, software, systems and network. This position will be responsible for process improvement, assist in maintaining accurate inventory of all computer devices owned by the company, and support and document issues that arise throughout the field offices and customer locations. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to; assisting with the deployment and installation of Player Rewards systems to various customer locations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Deliver and install new and repaired equipment to end user locations
• Consult with end users to determine hardware, software and system specifications
• Assist with new user hardware set-up, software configuration and system access set-up
• Document all work completed via work requests/trouble tickets, purchase requests, technical support documentation, and equipment/parts inventory
• Assist end-users in troubleshooting complex operating problems and provide solutions
• Perform routine audits and system analysis on specialized software
• Test and modify hardware and software configuration, if appropriate
• Collaborate with service managers, application support and other IT team members on timely resolution of customer service issues
• Assist with installation of Tier I/II Systems, Ticket Validation and Safe Dispensing
• Assist with deployment and provide training on Player Rewards systems
• Provide support on troubleshooting, reporting, meters and promotions at customer location and field offices.
