Sales Operations Specialist
Registrar Corp is actively seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist that thrives on digging into data and processes to provide impactful insights and improvements to a thriving sales team. In this role you will:
Set approach & track execution
- Develop operational dashboards and metrics to advise sales management on ways to improve sales processes
- Work directly with sales managers to address gaps in sales execution standards
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes that impact target quality and outreach
Own sales CRM, tools, and pipeline
- Use Excel analytical tools to manage pipeline health to ensure content quality and relevance
- Augment pipeline data with additional information to segment into cohorts and assign to sales managers
- Identify and address gaps in the pipeline according to internal qualifiers
- Own CRM and drive hygiene for performance visibility
- Become the go-to CRM expert (e.g., management and troubleshooting) for the sales management team
- Act as a liaison between sales management and other internal departments to drive CRM and pipeline efficiencies
- Collect feedback from the field on sales tools (e.g., pitch deck), understand conversion rates using tools, and refine content as needed
Support the development of strategy and insights
- Size market opportunities across geographies/segments, evaluate existing coverage model and identify capacity gaps
- Define future sales segments and GTM strategy
- Track performance data across sales segments and teams
- Use customer insights and analysis to refine the sales process
- Compile and prepare sales reports on performance and other ad hoc needs to present to sales leadership
Experience:
- 4 years of sales, marketing insights, or sales operations experience with at least 1 of those years in an analytically focused role
- Strong results orientation and ability to hold sellers accountable and make data-backed decisions
- Demonstrated comprehensive analytical skills, including but not limited to executing models and mining / managing large sets of data in Excel
- High familiarity with CRM systems and other business intelligence tools, direct management of CRM systems a plus
- Willingness to learn new technology and ability to adapt well to new applications
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish sales support objectives (e.g., Training, HR, Marketing)
- Experience with complex projects or analysis and a track record of impact
- Exceptional project management, organization, verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must reside in the US , within ET or CT time zone; restricted to Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia

- Base salary of $70-85k based upon experience with the opportunity for quarterly bonus based upon team performance
