Sales Support Specialist
Summary of Responsibilities
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for accurately entering orders into the system, resource verification, price approval, profit evaluation, contract processing, and tariff setting. This position ensures that the consultation Order is transferred in the shortest time, organizes and files all related documents, and coordinates matters that arise.
Major Job Duties
Responsible for contract/order processing in the system, including contract/order OA process, order conversion, start billing, order termination, order changes, etc., and making sure the process is closed in the system.
Responsible for Price Approval Application, assisting team leader with price information sortation, quotation recording, and analysis.
Responsible for confirming the monthly settlement statement between CU overseas branches.
Responsible for Revenue distribution to Sales and revenue analysis and other sales reports as required
Interface with other internal CU supporting functions.
Act as the team's contact point for internal systems, process audits, data input, and other tasks.
Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Self-starter who can quickly contribute across various products and handle the increasing scope of responsibility.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and comfortable working with teams in different time zones
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: verbal, written, face-to-face, and over the phone with partners and co-workers
Strong drives to achieve results and be enthusiastic and energetic
Travel availability within the region to customers and vendors
A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the telecommunication industry.
Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin, Spanish is a plus.
