Ohio Truck Sales/OTS Truck Centers is looking to add an additional entrepreneurial and extremely self-motivated (Truck) Sales Professional to its Sales Operations! Annual earnings in the range of $80k-$120k and beyond!

Come join the nation’s largest pre-owned long hood dealer right here in Rhome, TX! Founded in 2010, OTS is a semi-truck dealership that buys, refurbishes, and sells across the nation. Responsible for over 1,000 truck sales each year, OTS’s humble beginnings have morphed into an 80,000 square foot refurbishing facility, inventory of over 140 trucks and 120 employees.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions

• Manage your incoming leads received via phone calls, digital leads and on-site customer visits
• Interacting and assisting customers while on the sales lot
• Ability to engage anyone in conversation and build last relationships
• Demonstrating effective closing skills
• Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork
• Meet & exceed monthly, quarterly & annual sales goals
• Utilizing sales systems, i.e., CRM, DMS, Phone System, & Microsoft Office
• Consistently meet expectations through teamwork, respect, and willingness to help & support others
• Complete and stay updated on training materials

Required Education, Skills & Abilities

• Excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and eager to learn
• Ability to get along with broad customer base
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish is a plus
• High energy, self-starting & highly motivated
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated “closing skills”
• Ability to open & close truck hoods
• Must be able to lift 50lbs , bend & stoop
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous vehicle or heavy equipment sales experience preferred

Benefits & Compensation & Schedule

• $30,000 base salary plus commission
• $80,000-$120,000 earning potential
