Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical diagnostics and repair, demonstrating mechanical knowledge and expertise in powersports maintenance. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service while efficiently diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports whether that be riding road bikes, dirt bikes, ATV's, sleds or side by sides.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics to identify mechanical problems.
• Execute repairs including brake repair, engine work, and other vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Assist in sales processes by recommending services and products based on customer requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mechanical repair and maintenance, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform heavy lifting as required.
• Proficiency in powersport diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales processes related to powersport services is a plus.
• A valid driver's license AND motorcycle license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
