POSITION SUMMARY:
The Community Engagement Wellness Coordinator will report to the Manager of Health Promotion and Wellness and is responsible for coordinating health promotion engagement programs with designated groups as assigned. The coordinator will foster, manage, and leverage relationships with HOA lifestyle managers, community center directors, church leaders, and healthcare providers through on-site community involvement. Programs will utilize FHCP resources to promote brand awareness, encourage engagement, membership growth and retention, and serve as an in-community trusted resource.
