Legacy Screen Printing is a contract apparel decoration company. We are looking for candidates who have a good attitude and get along well with others. Production jobs can be challenging, so we have made an enormous effort to assemble a team of people who enjoy working together and who have a good attitude. We are looking for a department supervisor so who is able to maintain that company culture while also monitoring operating procedures and quality control.

Requirements:

-Has minimum 1 year experience in a supervisor position with references

-Has a thorough understanding of the embroidery process, specifically decorating garments

-Has a thorough understanding of embroidery machine functions and maintenance

-Has basic computer knowledge

-Has integrity and humility

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff, and organizing and monitoring embroidery processes

-Creates, Implements, and enforces standard operating procedures

-Completes embroidery production by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, and resolving production problems

-Conducts training

-Plans monitors, and analyzes job results

-Create colorways for embroidery files

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
