Keene Promotions is looking for an individual who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with our team. Billing, client services and account coordination are the primary focus.

Responsibilities include:

• All aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Process client billing and maintain current receivables.
• Process incoming payments from clients including credit card & banking transactions.
• Prepare vendor invoices for payment including check processing.
• Handle incoming communication through phone & email to effectively assist clients and vendors.
• Process orders from order entry to billing and payment completion.
• Assist in the monitoring and follow up for all order shipments to ensure on time delivery.
• Maintain the filing system.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Pay: $35,902.32 - $55,869.45 per year
